Yes. Once fully cured (typically within 24 hours), spray foam insulation is completely inert and non-toxic. During installation, we follow proper safety procedures. We'll let you know exactly when it's safe to use your space again.
For the types of projects we handle, open cell is typically the better fit. It offers excellent insulation at a more affordable price point, provides superior sound dampening, and expands more to fill irregular gaps. Unless you need a vapor barrier or added structural strength, open cell gives you the best value.
